Ravindra Bhandari

Vice President Fund Management

Ravindra has over 15 years of experience, covering wide function of capital market. Career include active roles in equity research and investment banking, followed by running an investment team at Family Office. He has also worked in investor relation team covering corporate side of Capital market, devising strategic communication for a large cap mining company. Prior to Joining Vasuki, Ravindra was working as fund manager at YES Securities, managing a Long Short CAT 3 AIF.

He is an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management (Bhubaneswar) along with CFA & FRM certifications.

Saurav Agarwal

Chief Strategy Officer

Saurav, a second-generation investment professional with over 14 years of experience, brings with him a unique blend of behavioural understanding of market dynamics & a knack for stock-picking across sectors, focused on growth, quality & momentum in an ever-evolving market landscape. He covers multiple sectors including BFSI, IT & Consumption & leads the Technical Analysis team at Vasuki. His strength lies in strategic decision-making for generating risk-adjusted alpha.

Jayashree Padwal

Head – Support Operations

Jayashree, 16+ years of diverse experience spanning corporate law, regulatory compliance, HR, CSR, and business support functions across India and the Middle East. Driving legal strategy, corporate governance, fund compliance while leading full scale support for Business

Nishant Jain

Associate VP – Research

Nishant is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), with 11 years of experience in Capital Markets, specializing in the Defence, and Capital goods sectors. Prior to joining the investment team, he worked as a senior analyst at a portfolio management service (PMS). Nishant brings a sharp analytical mindset and a keen eye for identifying underdog opportunities, embodying a curious and forward-thinking approach to uncovering value.

Sahil Patel

Junior Analyst

Sahil is an MBA in Finance and has cleared all 3 levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), with 3 years of prior experience in the BFSI sector. Sahil brings a methodical and detail-oriented approach to investment analysis, enabling the discovery of meaningful opportunities.

Meena Chaurasia

Senior Manager - HR

Meena is a strategic HR leader with an MBA in Human Resources and 14+ years of experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, business partnering, organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. She has established HR functions from the ground up, led transformation initiatives, and partnered with business leaders across BFSI, fintech, logistics, media, and IT sectors. Prior to Vasuki, she was an HR Business Partner at Aditya Birla Capital, driving people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
